2011-2012 Priesthood and Leaders' Training

The Role of Scripture in Discovering God's Will

February 4, 2012

8:30 am to 3:30 pm

Location: East 39th Street Congregation

The class uses scripture as a "lens" to gain insight to God's will in conjunction with other "lenses" used by Community of Christ. This class is an expectation for those who desire to be a delegate at the 2013 USA National Conference. Snacks and drink provided, bring your own lunch.

Mission Possible will bring together cohorts of 20-30 young leaders from Central, Midlands, Farwest, Central Missouri, and Gateway Mission Centers to study together so you can network and grow in your personal discipleship.

On Saturday, Continental Breakfast will be provided at 8:30 AM with the workshop starting at 9:00 AM

This free, fast-paced, condensed workshop will integrate three of the five world church initiatives. Come prepared to participate and receive new, innovative easily usable, practical ideas to reach the unchurched and those seeking new ways to meet the needs of our communities.

This workshop is for pastors, congregational missionary coordinators and those interested in missionary outreach ministries.
